The idea behind this blog is to compare and contrast leadership situations from all walks of life. So many books, seminars, and experts provide advice on leadership. Few deliver the goods. Most people learn leadership by doing and although this is actually the only way to hone your skills, much can be gained from sharing stories with others who lead.
